Appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If the appointment is cancelled outside of the 24 hour window the customer will be charged 30% of the appointment total.
No- call, no- show will result in full payment for the appointment.
A $10 late fee will be charged after 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. After 20 minutes the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will be retained.
